I don't know if it was the owner or a staff member, but they carried my suitcase for me both when I arrived and when I left. The reception staff were cheerful and friendly, making a good first impression. The window area in my room was quite dirty, but still acceptable. Rooms near the alley, like mine, are quite noisy at night due to the loud music from the surrounding shops. The elevator didn't require a long wait, and the amenities were sufficient, although the air conditioning seemed quite old and not very responsive. Considering the price, I think the room was good; it's a good choice for those planning a full day out without going to the beach. The hotel has a swimming pool, but I haven't tried it, so I can't comment on that.
