The hotel is close to everything, the rooms are nice, more proper than hotels in KL Sentral, clean, it seems like it's been renovated. The room is suitable for prayer, the bathroom is also okay, the receptionist is friendly, if you want to go to the airport, just cross the street to the Pudu terminal, then take the bus. Great, will stay again

The room is quite clean and convenient with basic necessities, but the room is affected by traffic noise from outside.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was smooth. There were mineral water refills.

The room is pretty good, but the location is great. Walk distance to Chinatown, Alor, and Pavilion.

I'm happy stay here, close to many place like Paviliun, Alor and Petaling, pasar seni. just walk away will reach many nice place to eat or shopping. close to Pudu Central, Mrt station and bus station. they have wifi, heater water. but the lift make me scared since the sound so horror.. Lol.. Yeahh I will come here again.. Thank you Central city Hotel

Okay, it helps a lot, but the bed sheets aren't changed, that's all I like.

we just come at midnight for transit flight. actually the building is new. just an advise for AC position better to move at other side. when we stay the AC at our head and it not good if you stay more than 2 days. we inform it already to the staff

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They even offered their breakfast program, which was really cheap at only RM 7/day. You can also request a hairdryer from the staff at the lobby for free. The location is great too, right in front of Pudu bus terminal. I took a bus there to Genting and it was super easy and convenient. But the hallway and elevator are a bit narrow, and the toilet flush was not very strong. But overall, I would definitely stay here again. Recommended for tourist 🤍 (btw there’s a tourism tax for RM 10/night)

It's nice because it's close to everywhere and the service is friendly. But unfortunately, the bathroom is very small and smells like a sewage tank and urine because the bathroom window is open, so it seems like the smell of urine comes from outside.

Friendly staff, enthusiastic support, housekeeping staff always asked if I needed anything in the room. Reception staff always helped when I borrowed something. Convenient location near the train station but not exactly central. Room is a bit small but okay. Should leave 2 pairs of slippers in the twin room. In the photo, we put the bed close together haha. The only downside is probably the poor soundproofing, at night I hear a lot of noisy motorbikes. Oh, the air conditioner is a bit dusty so clean it more carefully.

The staff (receptionist, welcome guy, ìndian houseskeeping and chef guys) are very nice and supportive But, there is no soundroof, impacted on our sleeps The shower water is not clear with yellow color The wifi connection is very very weak and is dropped every 5mins
