I had a great stay the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were most helpful and approachable making me feel more settled as I travelled alone. The breakfast was amazing and hot! The room was clean and there was complimentary things in the bathroom which you never get! The only snag was I could hear some sort of generator or air conditioning unit that didn’t go off/ quieter until midnight and I like it quiet when I sleep or I can’t sleep.

Dated room/hotel. All would have been fine but the toilet continuously had the flush running and the shower was broken; constantly on boiling hot with no way of turning it down, therefore we couldn’t use the shower. Not good enough

Room was large and very nice but extremely hot at times, I'm sure I would've been provided with a fan should I have asked but I didn't as I was in and out due to work, so that was on me, not the hotel. Staff were fantastic and nice relaxed feel about the place. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

All good , staff wonderful but long wait for food ( over an hour owing to big party in hotel and ? Pub being busy ( got impression that big party that was in , was meant to be at pub but pub too busy and loud with garden party which had extended inside !!! ) Saying that , would not stop us staying again x

Nice hotel and good value for money. Shame about the 11 oclock check out on the Sunday and the breakfast that finished at 9:30. Apart from that, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Food in restaurant was excellent Staff extremely pleasant and helpful Room cleaned every day to a high standard Only complaint was shower pressure and operation was not very good

I stayed with my 7 year old daughter for one night only, we arrived late and left early so was not here long. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely, food was lovely and there was ample parking. Qpuld definitely stay again and was really happy with the price.

when i first arrived was given a room with no table or chair and i needed to work from the hotel. Went down to reception and then they moved me to a room with a table and chair. Went straight to sleep and woke up early as the blind in the velux window was letting through light. Went out for breakfast and got back about 1. Tried to work but WIFI was so slow that i only had 1 bar in my room. Managed to send out a couple of emails but that took longer than it should. So decided to have shower and find wifi somewhere else. The shower was freezing and the flow was terrible. so decided to pack up and leave. Went to reception and told him i was checking out a day early as WIFI rubbish and shower rubbish, he just smiled.

It was good value for the price I pad

It was the hottest day of the year, and we couldn’t get the radiator off. The shower head was loose on the holder and squirted water in the wrong direction. which didn’t make any difference because we couldn’t use it as only really hot water came out . Plus the wall had dents in it . Would have told reception but no one was there when we checked out . Dredful place ,won’t be back.

Only complaint was shower water pressure was very low Everything else was great, food was excellent

Terrible mattress holes in bathroom door loose taps in bathroom ,noisy guests

Comfortable, spacious room. Very hot as the radiator was on full but easily remedied. Double and single bed in room. The en suite bathroom had the luxury of a bath and plenty of hot water. A lovely stay.

Staff friendly. Room basic but clean. Overhead lighting poor if you want to work at the desk at night. Hotel wi-fi didn’t connect at all despite password access. Good parking

Fantastic stay, good food, nice rooms brilliant facilities, friendly helpful staff. Some of the rooms would benefit from a Wi-Fi booster.
