Exceptional service, clean, quiet & comfortable

Beautifully renovated rooms and very helpful staff. Convenient location and good pub food just across the road. Some of the parking is low clearance, so be careful if you have a vehicle over 2.1m, but there is high clearance parking available on site.

Rooms are not serviced on Sunday and public holidays which we were not told until check in, however, our room was not serviced at all during our stay (Fri-Mon). We had to go to reception to request fresh towels. No option other than full cream milk. Not enough parking on premises.

Stayed here a couple of times now, hotel Is recently renovated and is very clean and tidy, staff are friendly too. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Premium King. Rooms are very neat, comfortable, large, and tastefully renovated. Great shower water pressure,and nice air-conditioning.

I had a very serious issue with this property. I booked and prepaid for Innova Motel Warrnambool through Expedia, and the reservation was shown as confirmed. However, when I arrived at the property, the front desk told me that there was no booking under my name and that they had no vacancy. As a result, I was unable to stay despite having already paid for the reservation. This caused significant stress and inconvenience, as I arrived expecting confirmed accommodation and then had to deal with the issue after being turned away. Expedia has since refunded me and informed me that they have escalated the case to their investigation team because the property was unable to honour the reservation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise future guests to be very cautious and confirm directly with the property before arrival, even if the booking platform shows the reservation as confirmed.

The room was extremely small. Bathroom not finished TV only 1 channel & set volume. Would not stay again.

Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Quiet and close to dining options

The reception staff are all new, very nice and attentive. The owners/management are just pure greedy. I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s not worth what they charge you can’t even find basic amenities in the room!

We had the family room. Looks to be newly renovated with new fittings, rain shower head and card key entry. Good size for a family of 4.

Property was clean, the staff helpful. We bought breakfast at Beaches cafe and Bar and dinner a bit of a walk to the RSL. Lovely town. Bed was comfortable and the room spacious
