Updated and very clean and comfortable, only issue that other travellers should be aware of is the noise throughout the night as it is situated on a highway. Bring ear plugs.

Like: room was clean, staff nice & friendly, convenient location. Could be improved: When we checked in, the tissue box had exactly 1 piece of tissue left and we had to go to reception to get more. Would be nice to have a shower head on a rail or connected to a shower hose so we can wash our feet only.

All style without substance.Lacking standard motel amenities such as utensils, microwave, toaster, ironing . TV was dysfunctional. Lighting terrible with small dim bedside lamps insufficient for reading. Overly bright ceiling track lights A blue light from the glass door fridge shone toward the bed so had to be covered with a towel to get some sleep. Pillows were all so fat that Iwoke with a big crick in my neck. My overall impression was that in the emphasis on magazine like style there is little insight or provision for what the majority of PEOPLE use a motel for. Further to insult was that after using the one little thing of milk in the fridge guests are expected to to replenish themselves !, Never again 😣

Perfect. Shower was hot and plenty of hot water. Room was renovated and looked nice. King Bed was unreal. Check in was a breeze with a very friendly and helpful gentleman. He was a Credit to the business. Would stay again Very short walk to the main shops and ee had thai and it was excellent. Enjoyed our stay. 5 stars from us.

The property was lovely and clean. Spacious, renovated room and bathroom. Staff were friendly. The only issue was there wasn’t enough parking if you came in late.

Newly renovated rooms are great. Beds comfortable and bathroom clean. Facilities are basic but it had all we needed for a one night stay.

We stayed here for 1 night. The rooms are very new, modern and recently renovated. Close to the Main Street in town if you have a car. The only downfalls were - there was a rubbish bin near our room which had a trail of ants going along our door and some coming into the room. When we told reception, she acted very promptly to help us and she got rid of them for us. Also the spa wasn’t warm. We wanted to put our feet in after a long drive, but the water was cold. These are very minor. Overall we had a great experience here. Would recommend for everyone to stay here if passing through Warrnambool.

We had to ask for towels. To much light coming into the room at night from outside and from the bathroom.
