Everything was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The outside is still damaged from the hurricanes so the pool is not in service. Other than that, everything was great.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect right by the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy. The price was very reasonable for what you get. I would definitely stay here again☀️☀️

On the beach

We stayed at this place for a couple of days and overall, we had a great experience. The room was simple but had everything we needed—clean, cozy, and comfortable for our stay. The kitchenette was definitely a plus and came in handy. The outside area, on the other hand, could use a little TLC—it felt a bit neglected and could be improved with some maintenance or updates. But what truly stood out was Anita. She runs the place all by herself and is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of—super helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Her kindness and dedication really made our stay more enjoyable. We appreciate everything she did for us and would definitely consider coming back!

The room was more than i expected and if we needed something they immediately took care off us. They were very friendly and we for sure are coming back

The pool was under construction the outside was clean but hurricane damage was definitely done there! on the outside place looks horrible. Never judge a book by its cover this place is slowly being redone but the rooms are all brand new redone painted very clean. Free WiFi There is clean towels available upon request. I read these reviews about no towels or soap…communicate people because I did not have a problem getting what I needed The parking is not a problem because ms Vicki makes sure her guests have a place to park although there is only four or five spaces upfront there is always parking in the back property that’s safe. For the price and peace of mind you can’t beat it and waking up and there’s the beach me and my family had a great stay and we will be coming back in July and staying at the same place if available

For the price, my expectations were exceeded. It's an older property but you can see that it has been maintained. Perfect for sleeping, cleaning up, and getting back on the road.

We had a great beach weekend. The room was practically on the beach and had an ocean view. Be aware that parking is tough but the owner always helped us find a spot!

We had a great stay here. The location was great for a family stay. Away from the crowd and still close to everything: The room we had was perfect and the beds were so so comfy!! Staff was super friendly and nice. I definitely recommend staying here.

Room was clean and had the beach theme . Beds were comfortable and sheets smelled like gain . Room was big and location was perfect . The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us . More so than any hotel I’ve ever been to . 30 stars for that alone . I saw bad review on this place but can’t see why . Thanks y’all

Property is dated and pool is still damaged from hurricanes. Rooms are newly remodeled. Location is excellent and it is nice to walk right out your door to the ocean. Price is unbeatable!

We had a nice 2 night stay. Close to the beach & the service was very good. Vicky was very helpful.

No frills, no fuss. It was clean and mostly had what you needed. Microwave and mini fridge in the room too.

Mrs. Vicki was amazing. My stay perfect. Room was clean. Ocean in view and walking distance. I really loved our stay. Absolutely will keep our vacations at this location.

Looks like it just finished with a remodel on this older model building, we stayed in the room right by the office, it was roomy, 2 queen beds, small microwave and small fridge. They had wifi BUT it was not the best, the staff was super sweet . We stayed during Daytona Bike Week, so it was a little pricey( for the room ) Hot water was the best , I always love a super hot shower

Promised an ocean view got the only room that didn't have an ocean view right behind the office next to the highway where you could hear every vehicle and every conversation on the sidewalk along the street in our room. The front door didn't seem to have a seal and couldn't hardly get any sleep there. Take a shower and the water pools out in front of the toilet. Had planned to stay there three nights decided we couldn't do it. they promised to refund our money through Expedia and then changed their minds. we left anyway

I received an email regarding parking at the property. We had 2 rooms. 2 vehicles. And a parking pass would be on the table in the room waiting for us to display on our dashboard. Well that was completely wrong. There was no parking passes. Lady in the office told us that the county took over their parking lot, We could park across the street or in one of the 5 spaces at the hotel. Beach parking was $30 a day. We had to play the game of trying to find a parking spot for 4 days. We had very limited and spotty TV service. Our bathroom door never closed fully. Never had clean towels replaced. The other room front door had to be locked for it to stay closed, That room was given brand new bath towels, unwashed and had price tags still on them, It was like "drying off with wax paper". Both rooms were to be King efficiency. Only one was. One night we got back to our rooms after a long day out and wanted to rest but the rooms smelled terribly of marijuana. So many details were listed on the amenities and few were delivered. I would not recommend this place to others or stay here again. Was not worth it. Would like a partial refund for all of our inconveniences from the property.
