Arrival was around 5:30pm. The woman at the Front Desk was rude. My reservation was clearly a King bed. We received 2 Double beds. I asked for my reservation to be as booked and was told all Kings were booked. Yeah, one of them was mine! The beds were awful and the A/C was noisy as hell all night. The water pressure was down to a trickle at the vanity sink. I won't be back!

Front desk clerk was excellent and very helpful at check in, the beds were clean and comfortable; the dos gatos restaurant was perfect casual dining and we loved the outdoor space for games after dinner - also the free lobby coffee was shockingly delicious! on the downside, the room was never cleaned during our stay, the blackout roller shade was broken and we had to ask for facilities to change a broken light bulb. Overall positive stay but the housekeeping service is definitely not on par with the hotel quality.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I recently had during our stay at your hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable visit turned into a series of unacceptable inconveniences that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. To begin with, the first room we were assigned had a powerful and unpleasant stench coming from the air conditioning unit, making it impossible to stay in. Additionally, we had booked a room with a king bed and a pull-out couch to accommodate our son, but instead were given a room with two queen beds—an arrangement that did not meet our needs or match our reservation. After we raised these issues with the front desk, we were moved to a different room. While we appreciated the effort to accommodate us, the new room had its own serious issues. The pull-out couch, which our son was expected to sleep on, had visible dust and, shockingly, what appeared to be dried feces on the mattress—without even a sheet provided. This was not only unacceptable but completely unsanitary and distressing for any guest to encounter, let alone for a child. As if that weren’t enough, when we went to use the pool, we found that there were no towels available whatsoever. My wife was forced to walk

From check in to check out, all hotel staff seemed uninterested in speaking to any guests. I walked up and said hi! We are here to check in, the response i received was "photo id and credit card". I handed both items and to which the employee responded "stairs or elevator". Having never stayed there i had no idea what he was talking about. When i asked what he said "do you want stairs or elevator" so i just answered elevator. He never explained anything about the property, never told us where the pool or other accommodations were. He ended our conversation by saying "you smoke in our room we will charge you alot". Then we got to the room, there was a hole in the wall, scuff marks all over the wall, a mysterious white stain on the chair. The toilet seat was nearly falling off of the toilet, i fixed it myself so we didnt have to deal with the lobby staff again. There was also a surprise $200 hold on my card bringing the room to $930 for 2 nights. It still has not been refunded to me.

We arrived at 2 pm and were told we could check in early but only for a price, so we waited until we could check in for free like everyone else did resulting in a huge wait and only one person working the desk . We are here on a holiday weekend and a sold out concert in town, it was a little disappointing to waste so much time just waiting to check in

Overall room appearance at first was great. But small details were overlooked. Wastebaskets in room/ bathroom were filthy. The bottom wall in bathroom by door was dirty. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. The bedframe for one of the beds was broken. This would’ve been discovered when housekeeping prepared the beds prior to our arrival.

We arrived to an empty shopping bag on the floor; it wasn’t a big deal but surprised us. Then there was no holder for the toilet roll, the shower was filthy, a stain on the bath towel and cap of the water bottle. Complained to the manager who said they could provide any compensation other than refunding taxes and resort fee because I booked through a third party, Hotels.com/Expedia. I would have to talk to Expedia for a refund. Well, there is no way to talk to a live agent at Expedia and the chat was completely useless.

The hotel was convenient for where I was working. And it was fairly clean other than the housekeeping must have forgot to remove it. Leftovers out of the fridge, other than that, the state was very decent
