Our apartment was clean the parking was perfect once we found how to get in, it was a close drive to downtown and the freeway to go to other historical sites. We loved our time and our experience at placmkr.

Great property

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property, but I was very disappointed that my apartment in a very new building did not have hot water! The element that heated the water stopped working. I had to heat pots on the stove to heat water and then take to the shower to clean. I was told by the management in an email that they would refund part of my stay but that hasn't happened yet.

The parking was not suitable for the size vehicle we'd driven ,but all else was pretty awesome. They need to clean or replace the carpet as some of the stains are deeply imbedded in the hallway,but, overall, it was clean, well lit, great area and amenities. We will surely use again and recommend to any business and personal associates.

This was my 2nd time coming to this place. Everything is perfect, the location, the rooms. Plenty of food around, 2 supermarkets within 5 min walk. Everything was great.

It was excellent stay, so far. I like the staff, clean property condition, safe, and nice neighborhood. The only point deducted is for weed is every where. Thank you and definitely will come again.

This place is a unique gem. Hassle, free, secure, clean, and friendly. You can walk to great restaurants, order takeout, or even cook if you want to in the well-equipped kitchen. It is the best place I have stayed in a very long time. The prices are fantastic! The staff was terrific, every one of them smiling, friendly, and ready to help.

Great place

The hotel rooms are apartment-style, it is spacious and clean and was quite comfortable, with a full kitchen. Our unit had two bathrooms which was wonderful traveling with a teenager for college visits! I would definitely go back.

Management team was very, very helpful. Great location with easy transportation, restaurants and a grocery story all in walking distance. Only negative was a dirty set of kitchen scissors a previous guest had stashed in the kitchen knife block, but I can understand how that was overlooked.

We stayed at this property in Washington D.C. and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are lovely, and we appreciated being able to walk around the pleasant neighborhood. There are several nice restaurants nearby, which made dining out convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, getting to the historical center was relatively easy, allowing us to explore the city's landmarks without hassle.

Apartment is super clean and very comfy, the only con is the communication, property is suppose to send you an email with check-in information but they never send it. I have to walk up to second floor to get check in information. Parking is attached between the building and Lidlo market but you need the Pin that they have to send you with check-in info to get inside the parking. Beside that incident everything else was perfect.

Great location, room was great size, clean, really comfy. Gym and functions rooms, pool also very nice. Only neg is that they charge for parking overnight $36
