The service is absolutely horrible, and the attitude is very bad. I'm really tired of staying at Mercure, the service is terrible!

This is my first time here, the place is clean and comfortable. If I go to Madiun, I think I'll have to stay here again, it's really great 🫰🏻👌❤️

My second stay here with my family has never failed to leave a good impression of this hotel. The service is excellent, the food is second to none, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is amazing. My daughter didn't want to leave, heheheheh. A small suggestion: the pool water stings my eyes a little... Not a big deal.

Mercure Hotels consistently offer the best amenities and comfort in every hotel unit. It's very close to the city center, culinary centers, and entertainment centers. The rooms are always comfortable, the food is always delicious, the hospitality is always great, parking is easy to access, and the pool area is top-notch. It's a great experience staying here.

The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive when there are problems. The food at the hotel is also delicious... The kids' corner is okay, the swimming pool is clean... The gym is okay, overall good🙏

A comfortable hotel with a strategic location in the center of Madiun city

The hotel is strategically located, in the city center, clean & comfortable to stay.

Very good. I happened to book last minute at 7 PM for a stopover. I purposely booked a room on the 11th floor for the view of Madiun city. It was great.
