The breakfast menu was excellent. Service staff was attentive and friendly. The Consierge assisted us several times which was extremely helpful. The door man porter assisted me in Cafe recommendations , obtaining taxis and provided us with a smile and refreshment when we returned to hotel after being in 100 degree weather.

Property was really maintained and clean. staff was wonderful. Perfect location public transportation and walk able to most places. Took advantage about that was that to us.

Outstanding luxury, wonderful steam and saunas, comfortable spacious room. Superb style and furnishings. Nice location in a safe area. Plenty of local restaurants and shopping nearby. I was very pleased with my stay.

We stayed in a Premium twin room which was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Hotel is in a quiet location with views over the Danube. Just a short walk from Margaret Island and taxis turn up in minutes when booked through the Bolt/Uber App. We had a wonderful stay and reasonably priced overall.

This was a delightful hotel and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood that was still easily accessible to anything we wanted to see in Budapest.

A beautiful hotel with great staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and couldn’t fault a thing - our room was lovely and very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff so friendly and helpful. I initially wondered about the location, but it was perfect for us. Whilst on the quieter Buda side there are plenty of tram options that take you in whatever direction you’re heading; with Margaret Island, the Parliament Building and Fisherman’s Bastion/Buda Castle all within walking distance. I’d return, and highly recommend a stay.

A first class operation from top to bottom. Guest and public rooms beautifully furnished and decorated, breakfast selections and quality excellent, service deserves special mention. Advice and support from concierges made our stay at the hotel and in Budapest very special. Had several satisfying meals. In the hotel restaurant.

Nice room, but the bathroom and toilet are separate and the doors are made of glass. It’s ok if you’re alone, but if you’re with someone else, you’ll have no privacy. Breakfast could be better and restaurant could over a larger variety of dishes. Very good hotel, but there are others better and cheaper
