Decent building and scenery with ridiculous and devastating service. Need some serious customer service and room updates and upgrades. If it goes in good hands, they can do well; but presently not up to the mark with customer service and amenities.

Very nice location next to backwaters, beautiful scenes, helpful staff members. Overall nice and positive experience.
