Strategic location, but the shared toilets are not very clean.

A room that big doesn't have air conditioning. There is, but it's no longer visible. The nightlight doesn't work. Instead of fixing it, the answer is, "Well, the lights aren't working at all." Requests to move rooms are futile. So, work has to be done outside.

Affordable price for a true taste of Braga. Recommended.

This hotel's location is simply fantastic! Step out of your room and you're right onto Jalan Braga—very close to cafes, delicious eateries, and Instagrammable spots.

Braga Street is crowded until midnight and there are many stores there.

The location is truly strategic, with easy access to everything, and plenty of restaurants. I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there before when it was still called Chez Bon. Unfortunately, the room is now less than clean. There's no mirror or place to dry/hang towels (there's only a hanger in the locker, but it won't dry if you bring your own). I was staying with two people, but I only got one towel and one blanket, even though I checked in late. The staff isn't always on standby at the reception desk, so it was a bit difficult to get anything I needed. The bathroom on the second floor also seems rarely cleaned. There are also tons of ants in the bathroom, seemingly from nowhere. Hopefully, the room and management can improve it soon. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is strategic for those looking to explore the Braga area. Suitable for backpackers, but cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the bathroom. The towels and sheets need to be replaced to make them more suitable for guests. The AC is cool, and there's hot water for showers. There's no hairdryer. There's no elevator, but the stairs are quite steep for those carrying suitcases. This is a good option for those needing a place to stay after a long day of outdoor activities.

There's no water for the bathroom, and the information is that there's trouble. After asking around, it turns out the water often goes out, especially on weekends!

Friendly service, but the room is really hot for women sharing, hopefully next time there will be AC. Because men use AC. Bathrooms can be shared, but at least share with the same gender, not together :(
