The bathroom smelled terrible, there was no hair dryer in the room, the pillows on the bed were so soft you couldn’t sleep on them. You could hear every noise outside the room. Other than the location, there was nothing special about it.

When I arrived at the room, I was informed that the room was being cleaned because someone had the flu. We were transferred to facility 2 but the room there was terrible. I was very dissatisfied.
