The staff was very friendly & helpful getting transportation because hotel is several miles away from town. The restaurant next door had shut down due to staffing issues. The bed & couch was comfortable but after waking realized the sheets I slept on had blood present on pillow & sheet. No a/c in room but there was a fan in the room. Unfortunately the fan didn't move enough air to do much good. No fridge in room but staff was able to refrigerate my meds in their fridge. There was a 15£ charge to check in early. There was carpet in the room.

Great location, plenty of parking. Dani was very friendly and helpful during check in. She was able to secure us a 1st floor room upon arrival. Hotels.com states that Premier inn locations have elevators and are handicap accessible. That is 100% not the case, they do not have elevators, and are not handicap accessible. It is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that has an hdmi output in wall so you can connect a laptop or roku device with ease. In the states they try to make that process impossible with hotel remotes that will not change the source.

Rummet låg ut mot landsvägen med ganska mycket trafik även på natten vilket innebar dålig sömn. Toaletten behövde renoveras med flagnande färg och toasits på sned.

Très bon arrêt avant de prendre le shuttle à Folkestone. La localisation est idéale pour ce type d'étape : l'hôtel est calme, entouré de verdure, et dispose d'un vaste parking — un vrai confort quand on voyage en voiture. La chambre est propre, bien aménagée et spacieuse. Deux petits bémols cependant : si vous êtes deux, vous manquerez d'une table et d'une chaise pour vous installer confortablement. Et comme souvent dans les Premier Inn, pensez à demander un deuxième set de serviettes à la réception dès votre arrivée. En dehors de ça, une étape très recommandable avant la traversée.
