they only emptied one trash bin every day

Excellent breakfast . Comfortable room. The area is being developed so currently a bit of a building site. In a couple of years I’m sure it will be lovely.

Everything was great and simple.

Very nice hotel in central area

Issues with drainage in the bathroom sink and shower. Notified the hotel to fix the issue after the first night. However no significant improvements for the remaining of staying.

It was clean and quiet but around the hotel was not good as still developing the area

Good all in all. Only thing is spa :) Lovely spa in general, lovely lady there, fruits, tea but the pool isn’t a pool but a shallow (literally) jacuzzi :( you can't swim there. Another sad thing is the view - some building works of some sort. A rather silly system which ladies could not chnage as it assignes people automatically to the rooms booked. I had to book a 2nd night there on the day - and had to move the entire room due our room number being booked by the system. Annoying. But generally, clean rooms, very nice buffet breakfast with great choice.

Its a bit far from the centre but the hotel is great, very comfortable and fresh rooms, very friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Excellent property

The property itself was excellent, and the staff were superb. Fabulous inclusive breakfast buffet, too. The area is a little out of town, and local construction on a new tram means the neighbourhood is a bit of a mess. No fault of the hotel, obviously. I was attending a gig at Film Studios nearby, so it was very convenient for that.

New property- close to Lindholmen science park

The hotel reception, rooms and breakfast/restaurant area were superb. In the Spa, one sauna was out of order unfortunately. Also with the spa, it's not clear at first but the use of the Spa is not included, you must pay £15 per person, for 2 hours use. The location of the hotel is a quiet, fairly boring area, but you can get transport easily into a more enjoyable area. The hotel staff were not the most polite nor knowledgeable but they did ok. Despite some of the negatives, I would book again and I would recommend.

First class, fairly new. Boat ride across to city centre but close to hotel. Airport bus stops within 5 minute walk. Nice size room and excellent breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is lovely, modern and has great breakfast options. The dining options directly around the hotel are limited as is the room service menu so we had to travel into the city to have more dinner options. Around the hotel is a little bit of a construction site so you need to walk 5-10mins to get public transport. Staff were all lovely.

Overall v good; excellent breakfast. But hard to control room temperature; shower position wet the bathroom. Friendly & helpful staffs.
