Fabulous! I’m celiac and the way they took care in breakfast preparation was over the top. Great staff. Lovely room.

Terceira for the first time, having done Ponta Delgada last year. Book Hotel a great choice. Stylish, nicely planned space. Building works going on to extend the hotel created a little nuisance but not too bad if you're out all day. Staff excellent with special mention to Soynia on reception for going above and beyond. Breakfast good, but a little samey after 4 days. Room perfect.

We had difficulties getting access to our room both days due to housekeeping delays. Bed-linen always felt slightly damp.
