Good location, poor room

Our room was very warm…a bit too hot for sleeping. We had a corner room, so the sun was a factor. Only cleanliness issues were not a problem of the hotel, but more the remnants of the Karnaval in Aarlborg that was held the day before we arrived.

Fanni was amazing and I really felt at home with all of the staff Thank you for an amazing stay!

Breakfast offered a good choice for a continental breakfast there are no hot food options if you are looking for a cooked breakfast.

Nice room but it was unexpected to be met by staff who did not speak a single word of Danish at a hotel in Aalborg.

The staff, particularly one of the men on reception (I don’t recall his name) he was so friendly and kind. My bag didn’t arrive until the day after I did and he was genuinely delighted for me when it arrived :)

Here for 4 nights and we had a wonderful stay! All of the staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. A great selection for breakfast each morning. Brilliant location for walking into Aalborg. Lovely clean family room with comfy beds and so quite too. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Et no-nonsense hotel til overnatning. Værelset er ikke så stort men der er alt hvad man skal bruge for at sove godt. Der var stille og roligt og badeværelset var skønt. Der er ikke så meget personale, men den ene jeg talte med, var flink og hjælpsom.
