Check in was relatively easy. The hotel key app on my phone did not work so I was issued a physical room key. Room was compact but very comfortable and clean. Very central location and close to Tunnelbana and Central Station.

This is a very interesting concept which I initially embraced and thought this would be an intuitive process. However, they failed miserably on something that should have been relatively seamless. The app never worked and my check-in was eventually 5:30pm. They had to revert to a physical card and the reception is only available between 3-5. I stepped out the following morning for an hour and on re-entry was locked out (before check-out). I spent another hour outside awaiting access to the lobby. On entry your only option is to use a phone that put me in touch with someone at another hotel. This person recommended that I wait four hours for the receptionist to arrive. After, explaining that my flight leaves in 3 hours this person had to come on a scooter and let me into the room.

If you have an early flight, don’t expect to get in no matter what before 4 PM unmanned hotel And you can’t even go in the lobby before 4 PM you need the key which you can’t get. If you’re arriving to Stockholm before 4 PM pick another place

Their app is a joke. You can not get door open. The "key" will NOT appear in the app. Ever. A group of us were stuck outside with the same issues. I called. Once i got in. The passport reader did not work. Nothing technologically worked ever. The TV seemed cool. But flight and train times thru tv did not work. The alarm did not work. Stay away. You will never get in! The idea in theory sounds good. No execution. GM and IT people should be fired tomorrow. Cleaning crew was good. Stay somewhere with a lobby and front desk.

The hotel is centrally located within 2-5 mins walk from 2 metro stations on different lines. A lovely gentleman was in the lobby when I arrived and checked me in within seconds. The App key was easy to use. The (basement)room is of a minimalist design, and was very cozy and comfortable. The shower room was nice and had good water pressure. I thought the lack of a window would feel suffocating, but not at all. I slept deeper without light seeping through in the morning. Connecting to the internet and casting on the TV was simple. Other guests in the hallway could be heard quite easily. I was woken up by this and also the lovely cleaner vacuuming, which she cannot help. The doors certainly require soundproofing. The main issue was there was no plug socket other than the one behind the bed. With an adapter in place, I could not fit my devices in there for use. There wasn't even a shaver plug socket in the bathroom for my toothbrush. I had to stand by the front door to blowdry my hair with the provided hair dryer, but could not straighten my hair. It is a major inconvenience and needs to be addressed asap. I did mention this to a lovely lady who was assisting new guests in the lobby one afternoon. I received coupons for breakfast at their sister hotel as an apology for the inconvenience. Bar the plug socket issue and soundproofing, I enjoyed my stay and will return. Hopefully by then the issues will have been resolved, therefore making for a much more pleasant stay.

Poor self check in, could not do it after following all the procedures sent by txt, the key did not work either, helped by a very friendly apologetic man on duty, he sorted all the check in issues for us, he gave us a discount voucher for a local place to eat as an apology, room very small , but bed comfy and slept well, Would not stay again as i now know i like a hotel to check me in and not do it myself!

Väldigt kallt på rummet vaknade upp varje morgon med snuva ont i halsen och hosta pga att man låg i drag. Skulle finnas ett bord man kunde ställa i sängen detta hittades aldrig, så fanns ingen stanns förutom en liten hylla att ställa grejer på. Bra till och städade rum, försökte kontakta dom från hotellet angående att de va kallt på rummet och inget bord som man skulle ha i sängen för de stod de skullle finnas.

Bra pris men väldigt litet rum, fuktiga handdukar och det saknades duschkräm. Fanns endast balsam i duschen.

Man bör vara van vid modern teknik för att ta sig in i fortet. Ladda ned app hemma, registrera sig och ha tålamod att trassla sig igenom den automatiserad inloggningsmodulen. Är du kort i rocken kan den inte ta ansiktsbilden på dig. Räddades av en servicepersonal som uppenbarade sig och fixade en fysisk nyckel.

Ligger lett tilgjengelig til det meste, veldig stille og rolig på rommet og det var rent. Veldig koselig konsept og passer perfekt om du ønsker og spare penger og uansett ikke er på rommet annet enn når du skal sove, eventuelt slappe av litt før middag. Lett og få kontakt med ansatte også om det er noe. Eneste minuset med rommet er at det er varmt, og selv om termostaten står på det laveste så blir det i det varmeste laget når man sover. I tillegg fungerte ikke appen som den skulle, men heldigvis var det ikke noe problem og få kontakt og hjelp når vi kom.

Supert rom. Men man må kjenne person godt for å dele rom. Da det er glassvegg til toalettet og dusj 😅

Det var problem med incheckningen pga driftfel men de lösta det snabbt, smidigt och med kompensation. Litet men har allt man behöver. Rummet var väldigt varmt vid ankomst (de hade glömt att sänka värmen) så det tog en stund att få det lite svalare. Skön säng och kuddar.

Pga kvälls/nattjobbet var rummet väldigt avskiljt och lätt att sova i. Saknade något mer fart i ventilationen. Annars inga anmärkningar

Jag visste att det skulle vara ett enkelt hotell och det är ok, men det sämsta var att det var dålig luft i rummet. Det kändes inte som att det kom in ny luft, annars var det helt ok.
