We booked family room, room was big and beds were comfy. Great location and exactly what we needed. WiFi was challenging in the room, but didn't spend long enough inside for it to really effect us. We would return.

Clear and pleasant blackpool hotel, ideally located for attractions and nearby parking. Helpful staff dealt with a couple of very minor issues quickly

Very friendly helpful staff , room had everything I needed & was spotlessly clean & tidy (single room/larger version I think) … The room had obviously undergone a full re fit & was new looking . The lift & stair areas could do with some attention but I’m sure it’s ongoing maintenance issues . Parking outside was handy but didn’t notice it cost £10 extra when booking as I googled hotels with free parking! bit disappointing tbh . Breakfast was as you’d expect & served by very attentive staff . My only gripes are usual coastal issues …. Seagulls & noise ….. I wouldnt get a top floor room if your a light sleeper as you can hear the nesting birds through the ceiling from about 4am onwards …. also room very hot & only a duvet (too hot) so a single sheet option in the room would have been nice option (choice)

Noisey as anythink to many drunks it stunk.of sewage the door handle in the bathroom fell off was lockwd in fir a hour till my oartner came back

I had a pleasant stay, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. No major issues to report.

Lovely large clean room. Very comfortable beds. Only downside was a unexpected parking charge of £10 per night which I feel was abit excessive for the location

Very modern looking hotel, but the service, whilst really friendly, doesn't match the image. The room was a double deluxe by looks, but too small to be anywhere near deluxe. The bathroom door wouldn't open fully as it would hit the bed frame.

The room and building was good however the website states parking. Minus 1 star: There's only 5 spaces for the entire hotel so had to park down the street which was an additional cost. Minus 1 star: Hotel tried to overcharge the booking and only changed when I insisted, showing proof of the booked price.

The room we stayed in had been recently refurbished & was clean & tidy. The bed was comfortable too.

Could not get into the building on arrival, left outside in freezing cold. No one at reception. Eventually gained entry then shown small print to say £10 per night parking. No heating in breakfast room, serving staff working in heavy coat. Had to ask 4 times for clean towels for the room. Hotel is in a decent location for tower and town centre but will never stay there again.

A very clean room and a parking space supplied. Perfectly situated a 5 minute walk to the promenade

Arrived and staff didn't have record of my stay despite booking on Hotel.com so spent around 15 minutes faffing which cut in to the time getting ready for an event we were there for. No shampoo and soap in dispenser in shower. Room was clean but not insulated so had a combination of dance music and Frasier blaring from the rooms of neighbouring guests still going at 4am. Not much of a presence at Reception. Not very good for over £70 which doesn't include a breakfast. Need to get the basics right.

Lovelly place nice and clean and warm

Hotel was beautifully clean with plenty of comforts such as bottled water, tea, biscuits and toiletries. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was lovely.
