Good location. Clean and tidy rooms. No frills but fine if you just want a central base. All good. Would recommend.

Destacamos el trato recibido, la bienvenida y amabilidad del personal. El desayuno económico y bueno. La habitación limpia, decoración moderna. Es céntrico y su localización permite llegar a al Gran Vía a pie e tres minutos. Volveremos y lo recomendamos.

Not what I was expecting especially at the price. One star hotel at best

For 8 euros poor...more was expected....1 coffee allowed....My wife did not even utilize option even though I paid for it

Muy bien localizado, cerca de todo. Fácil check in, habitación con buen tamaño y tiene todo lo que se necesita. Perfecta para descansar después de recorrer Madrid ya que todo está en silencio.

Location was perfect, the room was really good and they also have lockers to leave your luggage.

The area is very well located, close to many attractions and fun areas. The building is nice. However, the staff was not very friendly; except for a couple of people, there were three people who were not very polite. Also, when I expressed my discontent upon arrival because I had not received instructions for accessing the building, the woman interrupted me and had the nerve to tell me to breathe and calm down. I was not agitated and did not appreciate her patronizing me. Also, breakfast was mediocre to say the least. For 18 euros, there were a few slices of bread, no fruit or almost no fruit at all, and no boiled eggs. A very small tray with ham, cheese, and chorizo, which was rarely resupplied. When I asked for it to be refilled, I was told that people had already eaten. Also, breakfast starts too late. 8:30 is late in most hotels. Lastly, there were a couple of large cockroaches in my room, and I brought this to the attention of the receptionist. Her response was not one of surprise, and she stated oh well, it happens. For the price of this hotel, this should not happen. So location-wise, this is a wonderful stay, but it can improve breakfast and politeness.

Location perfect near where it all happens and still quite. Room small but it was clean, bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure, rain shower and hand nozzle which as a plus size person it was perfect. Near the Opera metro stop
