Stayed for 4 nights. Issues with light/fan in the room. They only decided to change rooms after 2 nights. No towels provided, even after informing them!! The shared bathroom not cleaned properly. The refrigerator smelled.

Nothing unique about the property but it was surrounded by very good entertainment in the park. Of like, not too far from the museum to walk, everything was in walking distance. I like the area.

Simple but worth the money! Great stay!

The hotel is in the city center surrounding numerous eating and shopping stores, and closes to transportations and tourist attractions. There are all private rooms, clean and comfort, with more than needed bathrooms/showers, kitchens and washing machines.

I stayed on the twin bedroom and had overall got a great experience, the bedroom was bigger than I was expecting, comfortable beds, great location, close to everything (including tourist attractions, groceries stores and restaurants). The only major problem that i got was in my last day the water from the shower was not heating up, I don't know how fast they fixed since I checked out before it. Highly recommended for short stays.

It was very good and definitely value for money. Location is superb and right beside all the big shops. Staff on daytime were excellent but unfortunately whenever was on duty the night of 2nd had a very bad attitude. He was rude to 2 different arrivals arrivals and the to me asking about remote for AC. I informed him of this and also noted he was extremely nice to a passing Spanish guest. It looks as if for this person if you are Spanish he will be nice. Very unfortunate as everything else was great. Shared kitchen fully equipped and 4 different areas on my floor. Everything looks new. 2 shower rooms for 6 rooms but beer had to wait. Obviously gets a bit wet during early morning but as expected. Great value and would use again

My daughter and I arrived at 11:30 pm and checked in, that is when we found out that the property had shared bathrooms, this is not very clear in the profile in Expedia. When we got into the elevator it was dirty, when we got out of the elevator the rug was dirty, when we got into the room it was dirty, we had booked a two bed room it had only one, the handle of the entrance door was broken and the door looked like somebody tried to go in and it was broken. We felt very unsafe and definitely couldn’t sleep in this place that was dirty and unsafe. They asked me on check in for my credit card, which has never happened to me even in 4 star hotels and took pictures of our passports, now I am worried what they can do with it. The photographs in Expedia do not really show the place how it is. We panicked and luckily were able to book another hotel. When we left the girl in reception was taking care of other clients and she never asked us anything, she just extended her hand to get the keys. This was the worst experience I’ve have ever had una hotel, and I have stayed in hostels in Spain. I will try to get a refund. Don’t stay there. Location is great, the place is not.

Nice enough building and helpful staff - but the toilets are awful and so are the shower rooms, nothing was clean and the rooms are full of dust,

Small room, different from ads, stinky toilet

Considering this was located right in the city centre of Madrid the price was excellent value. All the major attractions are within walking distance (no more than 20 mins) and shared facilities including a kitchen. However, the rooms are tiny, but this shouldn't be a problem if you plan to be out and about all day long. On the whole, I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for the best of both worlds with the price and location.

First time started in a hostel. I wish I can get the bigger room but its still a wonderful to stay.

Have I somehow missed the statement in the description that you will be living in the same flat as millions of other people? I don't think so. This flat is unlike any I have ever seen; there are a lot of hallways and rooms, but there are only three bathrooms. The flat was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting. In addition, the shower drains were completely blocked. In addition, none of the bathrooms had windows or ventilation. So the entire flat, including the lift, smells like a toilet! I am not exaggerating when I say that the shower floor was ankle-deep in water in just 15 seconds. I was unable to properly wash my body, much less my long hair! There was also nothing practical: no kitchen towels, no toilet paper, no teas... Along with the charming photos they posted, the washing machine option was another reason I picked this location. I never had a chance to use it because it was always on. However, after seeing the place, I seriously doubt that I would have used it even if it had been available. Ultimately, I was forced to dispose of my clothes and socks in the trash just before I left. I am really repulsed.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Room was bright and airy and had a comfortable single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and plenty of storage. There were fridges, hobs, microwaves, ironing equipment and a washing machine at my disposal. The location being on Gran Via is extremely noisy, day and night. I was a bit worried that the front door to the apartment on the 4th floor was almost permanently left open and nobody on the front desk seemed to be monitoring who comes and goes beyond a cursory glance. My room within the apartment was lockable, though, so that was good.
