I loved the location of the Old House - on a lovely plaza, music & food wafting through the windows, close to beach, nice spacious room. However, I stayed three nights and never saw a person from the hotel - checked myself in Friday at 4:30 and left Monday at 10 without ever seeing anyone at the front desk. No problem for me as I’m a very independent traveller, but if u need more service & staff support, something to consider.

Very easy check in through WhatsApp. The hotel is centrally located, and the staff helped us find a parking spot. Overall very good experience.

Upon arrival, there was a strong and unpleasant cigarette smell in the room, despite it being a non-smoking room. There was also no hand soap provided in the bathroom. The staff was unhelpful, unable to properly address the issues, and their attitude came across as rude. On top of that, the hotel was difficult to access and the directions unclear (no access by car so very impractical when traveling with large luggage) . Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not stay at this hotel

Wonderful hotel in old town. Great service from Vanessa at the front desk. She really gave us a warm welcome. She even carried my huge suitcase upstairs and gave me recommendations to a salon down the street.

Staff was courteous. But not very present.

Room was perfect. Clean and excellent bed.

Vanessa was very helpful and we loved the location.

The bed was comfortable. Good location. Venessa, the receptionist was very nice. I experienced some internet issues, freezing etc.

Great hotel and location, right in the middle of Old town! Very cousy! Only negative, wifi a bit unstable.

Skulle inte tveka att boka detta hotell igen. Läget i Gamla Stan var perfekt med gångavstånd till både shopping och strand. Personalen var kanske lite svår att nå men kom tillbaka inom rimlig tid. Mycket hjälpsam dam i receptionen! Dock finns ingen hiss. Glöm inte att besöka museet i Gamla Stan med allt ifrån Picasso, Miro, Costeau, Banksy och t o m Bengt Lindström var representerad!
