Ideal location for an overnight stop 5 minutes off the motorway This is a hotel with no staff present To access the property phone the number printed on the door They will send you a code to open the door, operate the lift, get in to the floor and it also opens your room door. It all works very well when you know that, but they should send you this information in advance. It is not very pleasant standing outside on the pavement not really knowing how to access the hotel. Once inside it is very pleasant for a overnight stay. Microwaves, fridges, cooker etc all a available to use in the common area. There is a Dia supermarket on the ground floor that is very good The town is a minutes walk away The hotel is in an industrial area but still quiet and beautifull scenenery

No staff when I arrived so had to find another hotel. Loads of migrants hanging around the entrance fighting each other and abusing the local residents. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

This place was excellent, great location, beautiful town, and great service, I called because I needed to check in late and they give me all the information over the phone so I could get there anytime I wanted. Also the small supermarket next to the hotel has the best fresh bread I tasted in a long time

Really lovely little hostel/hotel We travelled with our 2 puppies and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The little town is beautiful too

Very reasonable stay - extremely convenient for my trip - the heating didn't work for my stay but the host was apologetic - the room had two blankets which I did utilise for my one night stay. The room was clean and the shop downstairs was a blessing! the host kept my up to date prior to arrival all the way until I left, I'm sure if I informed them they would have done anything that they could to rectify the heating issue

The location is amazing calm relaxing

No parking other than what you can find yourself nearby, keycode entry or internet link to open lift and rooms so you need a smart phone ideally to use the hostal. Nice clean rooms and hassle free stay. Free coffee on arrival.

The hostel / hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate which is isn’t particularly attractive however just a short walk is lovely little village. I travelled solo with a dog and found this a very good place to stay. The supermarket underneath the hostel is very good too. OneKey usage and a really good communication with reception made this an enjoyable stay.

Don’t be put off by the outside it’s about each Dia shop. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are spacious good value for money it’s on the edge of an industrial estate but 2 minutes walker into a great village with plenty of bars restaurants and shops the staff are very helpful and speak English

The room was very comfortable and the place is spotless. Nice views from the window.

La entrada un poco accidental porque no había nadie en recepción y no me habían mandado el código de entrada pero les llamé y lo solucionaron al momento. Limpieza muy bien

Expedia no informa en ningún momento que es un hotel sin recepción y para entrar y salír hace falta un código que Expedia jamás me envió y encima llamas a atención al cliente y te pasan con una máquina que no te soluciona nada

Surprise à l arrivée, l impression d être dans une cité...mais aucun souci avec la voiture, très bon rapport qualité prix ( lit en 140)...et la taverne de brigitzia dans le village à découvrir 😍

Un très bon accueil, la chambre très propre 👍 les animaux de compagnie acceptés j' ai trouvé que c'est un vrai plus pour un prix correct

Agréable découverte d'un très beau village Basque dans un environnement magnifique pour faire de la randonnée. L'hôtel est situé tout proche du centre-ville à pied. Parking au pied de L'hôtel. L'accès est facilité à toute heure par l'envoi de code d'accès par WhatsApp. Contacts en français par messagerie et en anglais au comptoir. La chambre était très spacieuse. Leitza se trouve à 38 km de San Sebastian ce qui m'a permis d'y passer une journée.

Très bien pour les animaux acceptés Quartier et enrivonnement pas terrible Accueil très moyen malgré la bonne volonté du réceptionniste
