Everything was good. Hotel is at walking distance from city old center. However I would not stay again here. We chose this property because of the parking since we had a rental car which was a small SUV because we were 5 people with luggage that don't fit in a sedan. When we arrived there they said the car didn't fit in the parking garage which is in the basement. We did a large trip around Spain and many parkings are super small and narrow but didn't have any issues. The hotel web.page don't specify anything. It happend also to other people that arrived after us even with a smaller car. So we ended up parking in a parking facility within the old town area. We could have stayed in another hotel closer to the old town and park there instead. They should warn people in the hotel web and make them reserve a parking spot before arriving, and based on the car size. That was the only inconvenience we had. Breakfast was good but a single staff was doing everything, bringing food, cleaning, etc, which delayed the process. At least 2 people should be there assisting. Rooms were confortable and clean

Hotel was a great deal, excellent location, price was great for the type of hotel. Would recommend anytime.

Staff were very friendly and the room was much fancier than I was expecting for what I thought was a business hotel.

dans l'hôtel on communique sur des ascenseurs plus silencieux quand un bib strident retentit quand vous ouvrez les portes des chambres avec votre carte et même durant la nuit. Du coup réveillé à 1 h puis 2 h et plus par les voisins de couloir ouvrant leur porte et pas discrets de surcroît. De même la lumière du couloir passant sous la porte et des rideaux occultants pas trop efficaces.

Séjour satisfaisant. Chambre très correctes et petit-déjeuner de bonne qualité. Efforts pour limiter le gaspillage de l'eau appréciés. Par contre, simmeil de mauvaise qualité, uniquement à cause de la chaleur excessive (23 a 23,5 ° C) dans les chambres !!! Qui chauffe à ces températures là dans la chambre de son appartement ou dans sa maison ? Les températures préconisées pour les chambres sont de 17 a 18° C. Pourquoi pas dans la salle de bains, mais surtout pas dans la chambre. cela génére de plus une surconsommation qui va à l'encontre des efforts mis en oeuvre pour les économies d'eau ! Dommage, mais c'est un point négatif, car malgré notre demande à l'issue de la première première nuit, cela s'est renouvellé la nuit suivante.

Chambre spacieuse, propre.

El hotel es grande y espacioso, tienen en el hall una máquina para que te hagas cafés, infusiones, chocolate... gratis. Menudo detallazo!!! La atención del personal, de diez. La habitación grande, luminosa y limpia, el baño, Ideal. La ubicación excelente. No tiene ni un pero. Nos alojaremos aquí cada vez que vengamos a Vitoria.

En general buen hotel, pero sólo había climatización para aire frío, y en la zona que está no permiten reservar parking, así que ir aquí en coche es jugársela a no poder aparcarlo.

Excelente servicio, muy bien ubicado. Muchos beneficios (gym, cafe disponible 24 horas), personal muy amable. Muy buena limpieza. Agradables espacios.
