Great apartment for a stay in Ruzafa! Immaculate clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Problem with this particular unit was that next door there was a group of people (and there is a shared door between the two units), and they would go partying all night and can make your sleep time miserable.

Everything was fantastic, EXCEPT, we had a multiple power outages during our stay. The last one lasted several hours. During a heatwave, that became rather unpleasant.

Really nice apartment 502 but thin walls & connecting door meant we could hear our neighbours. Woke us twice in 3 days.

We were on the 5th floor, with balcony. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location to explore the city. Bar Berlin was directly below us, so ear plugs might be needed if on a lower floor (did not impact us at all)

Wonderful, centrally located apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and has everything you need. We even found an iron, ironing board and extra quilts under the bed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent with good, plentiful toiletries provided. We had a rooftop apartment and really enjoyed using the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a lovely, vibrant neighbourhood. There is a lot of noise from the street as there are several restaurants and bars directly across and beside the apartment but as we were 5 floors up the noise wasn't an issue for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the future.

The apartment was nice. The apartment is beside a cafe of Berlin which gets extremely noisy at night. The parking was very close but difficult to manuver due to very tight spacing. Not ideal for larger vehicles.

Good apartment block in excellent area - 10 mins from old town, 5 from Razafa market and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Apartment itself was fine - spacious (we has apt with terrace, which was worth the extra price) and remarkably quiet. Few grumbles, same as others - hot water system did not like long showers; bed was uncomfortable as was other furniture. Would stay again.

Apartment was clean and comfortable

It was a nice and clean accommodation. It was very spacious. I would recommended, if you enjoy al fresco dining to book one with a terrace. The balconies were too small. Also, for long stay guests more than 1 dishwasher and washing machine tab would have been nice. The walls are paper thin. You can hear when some pulls their curtains from another flat as if it were your own. But would definitely stay again and just bring ear plugs.

Spacious apartment for family of 4. Mostly residential neighborhood and very close to various destinations. Property had washer but no drying racks available. Quick response to missing tray in microwave.
