The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made the stay very comfortable. The balconies were a great feature, offering pleasant views of both the street and the back patio. The shower had strong water pressure, and the kitchen was well equipped with quality silverware and glassware. The only minor drawback was that the shower did not have a shelf or ledge to hold shampoo, conditioner, or soap, which made it a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Best part about this property is location. So much to do! Very clean, comfortable and great terrace where we enjoyed our own tapas and wine.

I have booked four-day stay here, specifically reserving a room with city views. Instead, they shoved me into a depressing, street-level dungeon facing a literal brick wall. When I rightfully expressed my fury and demanded they honor my actual reservation, the property management flat-out refused with total, callous indifference. Dealing with them was like screaming at a brick wall—zero empathy, zero customer service, just a robotic, unhelpful machine. This place is an absolute joke. I will never set foot in this establishment again,

Great place and wonderful location!

Apartment and lovely terrace is very nice, well-appointed, and good location. Parking on-site is constricted, steep, and very tricky to navigate; if you have anything other than a very small car consider using a commercial parking lot

Location was perfect! Loved being in the quaint, lively town of Ruzafa. Apartment was clean. However, when I booked this apartment, I thought I was renting one that had a terrace on a higher floor that had a view of the street/city. We were on the bottom floor and the “terrace” that was advertised with beautiful pics was NOT the terrace we got. Our terrace had high walls on every side and had one chair. Nothing like the pics that were shown. It was very misleading. And very disappointing to say the least. And when booking it was confusing as to which exact apartment you were booking. All the pics were lumped together.

Very good, beautiful and cozy apartment with a kitchen and laundry. Our second time in this building. The street is noisy for those who like to go to bed early, so this apartment with the bedroom at the back was much better.

Every thing was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the climate control worked exceptionally well, keeping us comfortable throughout our visit. One of the things we enjoyed most was the location. It allowed us to experience the daily life of the city rather than just the tourist areas. The balcony overlooking the street provided great views and added an authentic local feel to our stay. Despite being on a lively street, the room was surprisingly quiet thanks to the well-insulated balcony doors. The hotel is conveniently located with excellent access to public transportation, and downtown is within a reasonable walking distance—less than a mile away. There are also several grocery stores nearby with very reasonable prices, as well as a variety of restaurants and nightlife options right on the same street. The only improvements I would suggest are providing thicker blankets, upgrading the quality of the couch mattress, and adding a broom along with a few basic cleaning supplies for guests staying multiple days. The in-unit laundry was convenient, although we found that the machine did not fully dry our clothes. Fortunately, there are laundromats nearby that make it easy to finish larger loads if needed. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

It only has two details, the street noise at night is quite uncomfortable and there was no iron, otherwise the apartment is excellent.

Very smooth check-in (including availability for early check-in), excellent communication with host and superb location, close to all the amenities. Our apartment on the ground floor was a bit dark and with a sofa bed opened for the third guest, hard to navigate around. Otherwise no major complaints.

The apartment access was not given until 3pm -check-in time. I arrived by plane and had to turn off my antivirus at the airport to receive the codes, even though the anti virus warned me multiple times about known threats. I got a horrible computer virus as a result. It should be mandatory to give access info many hours prior to check-in. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook. There is no information manual, making it a waste of time to send inquiries for basic info such as item location, trash, and how to operate a few things. These inquiries were answered in 20-60 minutes. I would not stay at properties owned by this company again.

For some reason we were allocated a disabled access room when we are an able bodied couple. This was probably the noisiest room in the building as its on the ground floor to the main street which has number of bars. It also meant many things were of heights not suited to us. This did spoil our experience somewhat. Aside from that the apartment was modern, reasonably comfortable and very clean but lacking some useful basics such as glasses, towel rail and any shelving in the bathroom. Location is good overall - less than 10 mins walk to the station and around 15 mins from the centre. Its also surrounded by plenty of eateries, bars and small shops but it does mean its a little noisy.

Super conveniently located, very spacious and bright. A great deal, especially for longer stays.

We did receive clear instruction of how to do the check in until we had to call a number that was not from the country we were staying in. On the phone the person who answer the phone didn't seem to understand or communicate well in English. This was our worse checking experience we had until now. In the apartment the walls are supper thin and you can definitely hear the neighbours, specially in the living room where there is a thin emergency door that leads inside the living room to the next door apartment. This was a horrible experience when the neighbour apartment was loud. The sofa bad has a horrible foam that we can feel the metal frame as you seat on it. The main bedroom matress was to soft for me and let to a massive back pain. The hot water was off when we got the apartment and we did notice until we decided to have a shower before going to bed and we noticed that there was no hot water and we had to have a cold shower or wait 1 hour for hot water to heat up. Definitely not a great experience.
