Cycle friendly hotel.

Clean and kind staff

Excellent! Beautiful area and the room was very nice. Room service food was good also! Excellent place to watch sunset and enjoy the area.

The hotel was nice and so was the staff.

It was about 20 degrees outside but the hotel has no ac and the room was very hot and dry. However we have been told that this hotel was the best in town

Location is near a park and train stations. The hotel is clean and roomy.

We are a family of 4 on a self drive trip. Hotel has spacious underground parking available. It is also not far from the Lotte supermarket. The room is decently sized and hotel staff were friendly.

Great service for foreigners!

Good location and comfortable beds. Had a great time with kids at the pool. Clean rooms but adult play area on secon floor needs to update. Overall very nice stay and staff was very kind.

The place is good, worth recommending. About 10 to 15-minute walk from the subway stations. Place is clean and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Mattress isn’t comfortable compared other service is really good

I am a cyclist and they kindly store my bicycle in a safe place during lunch stay.

Great location. Although by busy roads, there were double windows and fully soundproof. Beds were comfy and we had great nights' sleep. Nice spacious balcony. Rooms were not comfortably large but big enough to accommodate 1 double and 1 twin bed. Most of all, staff were very courteous. The small fridge was a bit noisy at night, so plugged it off before going to sleep.

전체적으로 편안하고 청소 상태도 청결한 상태 였으며 춘천 여행사 항시 묵는 숙소임.

주변 호수 산책하기에는 좋아요. 다만 베개에서 냄새가 너무 심하게나 좀 불괘 했어요.

온돌과 투윈룸 2개를 사용하였는데 아주 좋았습니다. 직원도 친절하시고 조식도 생각보다 괜찮아서 엄청 먹었답니다. 맛도 좋고 다양하게 실속있는 메뉴들만 있었답니다.
