Great hotel, clean! helpful, friendly staff! great breakfast!

We got 3 rooms. 1 Excellent, 2. TV didn't work, 3. Fridge start leaking.

The staff were courteous, explained everything, gave us a great room, greeted us upon reentering each day. Breakfast was great, clean and plenty to choose from.

The entire property was immaculate. I asked at the front desk on my way put if the hotel was new because of how clean it was. Staff was very kind, location was perfect, breakfast was well stocked, and coffee available all night. Lots of storage in the room. For us night shift baddies that can't get on a day shift schedule on our days off... check out is at 12pm. I forgot to ask for a late check out, but it did say that was an option. Quiet during the day as well. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. Parking lot is well lit, even if you have to park in back. Saturday morning farmers market is right across the street.

I always try to book Holiday Inn Express whenever I travel, and this trip was no different. The Hotel was outstanding, with one exception. It didn't have a pool. My younger son was looking forward to swimming, so you can imagine his disappointment. Outside of that, great Hotel.

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were good size. The rates were fair. We will stay there next time we visit Waco.

Great place to stay

The hotel was clean and bed comfortable. It was lacking in towels in room. I forgot my laundry bag and needed a bag for clothes. It took asking 3 staff members before anyone understood what I needed. It was a little frustating since checkout was at 11AM and not 12 Noon, as most hotels. Overall it was a good experience and would return if in the area.

Breakfast, unless you got there early, was usually slim pickings. Both days I went around 8:45-9am, and was almost out of eggs, as was out of the meats when I hot there. Hotel is clean and only 5-6months open. No pool, no coffee maker in rooms (however, it says you can request one), but they have 24hr coffee on demand in the lobby. .

Love the property very clean, quiet, and staff were amazing. Great place to stay.

Very clean and bed was really comfortable. Only problem was hearing cars outside at night

Enjoyed stay. Other than the room next to us was inconsiderate around 12-130sm with them and their kids being loud and running.

TV was ridiculous - not at all user friendly. Shower was dangerously slippery. We actually put a hand towel on the floor of the shower to help us to not slip and fall.

Spacious and clean room. Great location.
