Comfortable, near the square, easy access

The hotel staff is lacking in commitment; the TV remote in our room wouldn't work. There was a problem with a booking on Traveloka, and they didn't provide a solution, and we were told to find a solution ourselves. Please improve the staff.

comfortable, nice, spacious, easy to access, right next to the town square, lots of food, delicious breakfast. Suggestion: please fix the jet water for cleaning, it's so loud it looks like it's going to war
