The hotel staff was very friendly, making the check-in process easy.

Dirty, smelly, poorly maintained, badly damaged access road, lots of animals in the room, smelly bathroom, badly yellow jacuzzi, not as advertised.

Besides the difficult access and damaged road, the facilities at this glamping site are extremely poor. The dome pictured is actually poorly maintained and extremely dirty. We slept on pillows that smelled like they'd been used by street vendors, and they reeked of sweat. Furthermore, the curtains were coming loose, the sink faucet was broken, and the wooden floor was chipped and dangerous. It would be best to repair it before renting it out to the public. Plus, the jacuzzi was incredibly dirty. We didn't shower during our stay.

i actually love the place (the view, the ambiance, the weather), but for the room, i think they need to do some maintenance, i cant even open the curtain lol :D the water on the bathroom was not working, even the soap bottle was broken… and i also very disappointed with the hospitality, i mean the staff is not friendly at all, they didn’t even explain anything about the room (like we should figured it out on our own) and when i asked for something by phone, the reply was so rude. i’ve been working in hospitality for years and i never talk like that with the guest, so i expect this place will do the same. but again, i’m totally disappointed..

Poorly maintained, narrow and damaged road access, food tastes ok but the BBQ portion is small.

Main plus was the Hot Spring! Good rooms service The minus 1. Dirty air conditioner and very low. 2. Many flees 3. No doors 😀 but it was called "private jacuzzi"

I've stayed here twice, and it's comfortable and highly recommended for a long weekend. However, one thing is missing: my pet, who often visits my room, wasn't there yesterday :(

Unfortunately there are a lot of flies, but apparently the Kintamani area has a lot of flies, hopefully the local government can sort it out

I recently stayed at De'ra Hills Camp in Kintamani, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. The place is comfortable with a stunning view—directly overlooking the mountains and lake, perfect for healing or simply enjoying nature. The food was also delicious and quite varied, fitting with the cool atmosphere of Kintamani. However, I have a few comments regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms. The water in the bathrooms smelled a bit musty, and hopefully, this can be improved in the future to make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, De'ra Hills Camp remains a worthwhile choice for a staycation in Kintamani.

The water is all very small (shower, sink, closet), the electric kettle is dirty & smelly and not cleaned, the glass door is broken, the jacuzzi water is off in the morning. Luckily the fried noodles are delicious. Hopefully in the future it can be improved for the comfort and satisfaction of guests🙏😬

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at the hotel as planned due to difficulties with locating the property. Specifically, the hotel's address was not recognized by online taxi applications, making it impossible for me to arrange transportation to the hotel. I was looking forward to my stay, but this issue prevented me from being able to check-in.

The glamping camp is very comfortable. The views over the mountains and lake are truly beautiful. Oh my God, there's a place to soak in the hot sulfur springs.

The view from the room is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable. Only the entrance door is lacking maintenance so many flies come in. The rest is all amazing, the food is also delicious.

Thank you for the best experience. The service and all the facilities are as expected. Please fix the entrance door to the room next time because it was torn so all the flies came in. But overall it was as expected + there was a cute cat that accompanied us ☺ Next time will come here again, highly recommended at this price😊🙏

For the view is very beautiful, but the flies are so many, you can't hang out in front if from morning to evening we are swarmed by flies, even when entering the room, there are so many flies... I booked 2 nights here but wanted to ask for a refund for the last night, the process was long. . if you can stand the flies, it's okay 😅 but I gave up. . even though the view is really nice
