I was actually very disappointed with the villa provider and manager because there was no confirmation after booking.. suddenly when I wanted to check in I was forced to move to another villa with the excuse that the villa I booked was under repair.... which according to me the replacement villa did not have the same facilities as the one I initially booked... it didn't stop there, I felt disappointed after arriving at the replacement villa, I looked inside but I didn't like the replacement place, I asked if there was another villa that I could stay in as a replacement besides this villa??... the guard said there wasn't because the only one empty was this villa... the others were full.... so I was forced to accept the villa because the kids were tired and wanted to rest..... but before that I asked for the swimming pool to be cleaned because the pool water was dirty with the consequence that I had to wait about 1.5 hours to clean the pool.... besides that, many of the cutlery and cooking utensils were damaged and the refrigerator that was not turned on also smelled... as a result, I wanted to relax but my time was wasted cleaning.... for the stairs, I also think it's uncomfortable because it makes a squeaky sound when climb .... so it's very uncomfortable when we go up and down the stairs .... besides that on the first day we stayed in the morning there was a problem with the water .... initially the water didn't come out after waiting it finally came out but the water was very small ....
this is really a very disappointing holiday experience ... hopefully there will be improvements from the provider and villa manager ... because customer satisfaction is the smoothness of your business ....
