The ladies at the reception never smile at guests. I wanted to check in at 11:45 and it was my second visit to the reception after the first one was still too early for check-in, but while one lady was serving me, suddenly another lady with an arrogant face whispered something to the lady who was serving me as if whispering that guests must come in according to the check-in time, which is 2:00 PM. As a result, I waited again to check in in the hotel lobby. Half an hour later, the same ladies waiting for check-in time came forward to the FO desk, and were invited to check in to their rooms. Seeing this, I then asked to be able to check in too because I was so tired from leaving Jakarta at 3 AM and wanted to get some rest, but the lady who served me showed a sour face, although in the end I was able to check in early. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. During my stay, I did notice that the employees and security at this hotel never greeted or said hello to the hotel guests who came and went. Due to the unfriendly staff at this hotel, I decided to look for another hotel for the third night, and the experience was truly much more comfortable and enjoyable because we were truly treated like "the guest is king." I hope this will be brought to the attention of the hotel management so that their employees and staff will better understand how to serve hotel guests well.
