Comfortable, clean, friendly receptionist, close to the airport and the food is delicious.

The hotel is really nice, it looks luxurious, the bathroom is complete with a hairdryer, the staff is helpful, the food is also delicious, if you transit to Makassar, this will be your favorite hotel.

Ordered it for my husband, and thank God he was happy and said he was satisfied staying here😍 I ordered it because I saw the good reviews❤️

The view from the hotel window is absolutely stunning. The hotel offers airport drop-off or pickup, but you have to book a day in advance. It's really great, saving you the cost of a taxi ride out of the airport. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is well worth it. It's a shame, though, that access to the city is quite far. If you're just looking for a transit hotel, this is the best. 🫡

Friendly hotel staff, close to the airport

The WiFi was slow, so we couldn't enjoy entertainment on the TV. The airport drop-off was at 6:00 AM, but we asked for breakfast at takeaway, but they couldn't provide it. Because takeaway wasn't available, we asked for breakfast at 5:30 AM, and again, they couldn't provide it, claiming breakfast was ready at 6:00 AM.

Strategic location, friendly service, clean and airy hotel, excellent bathroom amenities and accessories. The TV is a smart TV. The only downsides are the room's size, which is too small, and the lack of prayer space.

The hotel staff is nice, the facilities are new and good, but it's a shame the location is too far from the city, making it difficult to order food from the city area. The food doesn't suit my palate, sorry.

The airport is quite close, and the airport shuttle is convenient. All the hotel amenities are excellent: air conditioning, TV, bed, wardrobe, and towels. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and smell good. The staff are friendly and prompt in serving guests. Overall, I have no regrets staying here. If I have the opportunity to visit Makassar again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
