Very helpful staff, strategic location

Amazing stay! The location is super strategic and close to restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife spots, and beach clubs. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality—everyone from the security team, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the staff took the time to explain each menu item. Everything I tried was delicious. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was beautifully designed. I also loved the complimentary snacks, fruits, and drinks provided in the minibar. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’m definitely hooked and will be staying here again on my next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best experience of our Bali honeymoon stay. The room ambience was perfect, dark, and romantic. The food and hospitality was SO GOOD! They even provide arrival and departure snacks and beverages. Free minibar, cans of snacks, and body oil provided. Room was clean, spacious, and smells good. I'm so impressed!

wonderful, but the parking area is a little bit small 😊 so if you bring any cars it will be a bit hard to park even though there is a parking staff

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with an aesthetic touch that made it feel very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious—every meal exceeded my expectations. The location is also perfect, close to everything I needed, which made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to stay here again
