If the bathroom had a closed door it would be more comfortable, for the rest it was good. Cold AC, clean and fragrant room, smoke-free.

Came for the second time because it was quite comfortable.

Noisy sound of rats and street vendor service. Room ok spacious.

The front staff is nice but the housekeeping can't make the bed, even struggling changing the doona cover (because by the time I get it, I reckon that they didn't change my bed cover, doona and pillow cover, dirty and got hair on it). Also the room was hot, the aircon already 16. Other than that, everything is good.

Yesterday the lift was still being repaired so we still had to go up the stairs.

Nice, comfortable place, close to shopping center.

The location is close to Ciputra Mall, strategic for business people.

Nice. Clean. Enough room. For trips ok.
