Location right in the city center. Convenient to move to eateries and sightseeing spots. Room is okay, clean, breakfast is quite good, but the room has no window so it's a bit stuffy.

Very satisfied when visiting Elagant Hotel. An ideal place for you to stay and visit Hue city. In the center so convenient to travel and hotel facilities as well as breakfast are very good compared to the price. Will introduce more friends about this place.

Enthusiastic staff. The room is clean, a bit small but complete and ok, suitable for the price. Because I also left early, I didn't have time to have breakfast at the hotel! But overall it was quite ok! Will come back next time 🫶🏼

The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel breakfast buffet has delicious Bun Bo Hue, but the other dishes are not very diverse. If the hotel has staff to welcome guests at the door and help carry their suitcases, I have nothing to complain about.

Family room is ok, clean. Toilet is clogged. The staff announced breakfast service from 6am. However, when I went down at 6am, I only saw a few dishes, and it was about 7am when everything was ready. The food was limited but good quality.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected but overall it was clean. When I first entered the room, the smell was a bit unpleasant, probably because this hotel was newly built. But the smell was gone by Monday. Overall 8/10

I stayed in a Family room with 2 large beds, the room was spacious, clean and new. The receptionist was very friendly and enthusiastic, always welcoming to guests. Located in the center, there are many shops. A few houses away is Cong coffee, very convenient Next time I come to Hue, I will come back
