La queja es contra la página Hotels.com Tras publicitar que no hace falta pagar antes, y otras comodidades más, resulta que en pequeño y por en medio hay una advertencia de que hay que confirmar 24 horas antes para que la reserva sea efectiva. Yo hice esa reserva con menos tiempo de 24 horas, por tanto ustedes tendrían que advertir claramente que era inviable, como hicieron otras páginas, motivo por el que busqué en la suya. Elena

Sitio acogedor y pueblo tranquilo, pecaba de incomodidad de la cama, el resto bien limpio y céntrico

Reservado por Internet, habitación especial muy buena con una cocina anexa con microondas. Aunque está pegada a la plaza del pueblo no se escuchan ruidos bue precio baño limpio y bien dotado en general 9 porque 10 no existe

The hotel is located in the very centre of Fermoselle. We had a hard time finding a parking place, because there was a market on the square. There is no receptionist or something like that. Everyone is very busy with running the restaurant, but when you ask someone, they will give you keys immediately. The hotel is newly rebuilt and the 3-bed room was very nice, clean and with a perfect view. Against expectations, the location was calm in the night and we had a good sleep. Wifi was very poor, almost useless. Dinner was poor and quite expensive. Maybe it is better to visit other restaurant in the town. Otherwise, I can recommend you this hotel. Also we loved Fermoselle very much.
