Not a very good place to stay not satisfied at all

Horrible

Decent for the price

Unfortunately there are two bars across the street which blares music until 2am every night!

In my opinion the price is very high for the quality of the hotel.

No elevator, hair in the shower

Hard to find...room was on 3rd floor...no elevator...no tap in shower...no hot water...no blankets...

You get what you pay for

We stayed here before and we like the place. They upgraded the tv’s and we’ll come back again

For the price was right but I had a few issues when I got there I tried parking in front of the hotel to check in and they didn't allow me to for some reason, no toilet paper in the room and didn't give us clean fresh towels for the next day😬

Spacious room

The hotel was so nasty, the staff was rude with me and my wife, they don’t have parking lot available, definitely that hotel is the worst in Mazatlan.

We did not end up staying at this pace and need a refund please

Was not maintained and the general hotel was not clean by any standards. Bed was comfortable but other than that I would not recommend. Was happy I was able to find other accommodation for the remainder of my trip

The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. The downside was that it overlooks a very busy main road in Mazatlán, so there was loud Mexican polka music until almost midnight, and still loud noise after that. I’m a light sleeper. My kids slept ok, but for me, I had to use ear plugs, inside of noise canceling headphones, buried in my own down pillow, to get quiet enough to sleep. Aside from that, the front desk guy was helpful and parking was gated at night.

Location does not exist on google maps and phone number does not exist,i dragged my luggage over 2 hours looking for location,found it hours later thanks to a good samaritan.Discuting place looked like a motel no hotel name Rooms super hot very dirty and everything was broken and clogged very nasty place.Had to change rooms every thing was horrible.Please Do not stay..Porfavor no se qeden aqui Motel de paso las fotos no son reales,ni la direccion ni el numero de telefono.La receptionista muy sangrina el peor lugar de Mazatlan.Do not stay here ,pictures amd location are false

The room itself was so low quality. The floors had cracks in them. Only one plug. Internet barley worked. The room was full of mosquitoes because they left they door open. It truly was a poor experience considering that for 20 bucks more i could have rented a condo.

Me cargaron la estancia 1 semana antes. Y era para cobrar al llegar. Las instalaciones son muy deterioradas. Del estacionamiento pasas por los termicos para llegar. Las escaleras estab rotas. Las condiciones del baño muy malas. Los aires muy viejos y ruidosos. La ubicación en mapa no coincide con la real. La escusa final es que la foto es de una suite.
