The room was small and a bit old. Check-in was after 2 PM, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our room.

The room was decent, and the reception staff were lovely.

When booking the room, the view picture had a yellow balcony overlooking the city. When receiving the room on the lowest floor, the balcony was very ugly and the view was not as nice as the picture.

The hotel is clean, the water is hot quickly. The location is near the center, very convenient for traveling.

The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic. They also help take customers to the bus station. The location is close to everywhere.

The landlady seemed enthusiastic. I stayed in a room for 4 people, but there were only 2 power outlets at the head of the bed, 2 pairs of slippers, no foot towel, no hair dryer.
