The place is comfortable, all the facilities are complete, it's just that yesterday when I stayed there, there was no carpet in front of the bathroom in my room and in the drawer next to the bed there was dust from cigarette butts that hadn't been cleaned.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and fragrant, and the service is excellent. Customer complaints are handled promptly, and dirty bedsheets are replaced with new ones, creating a friendly and courteous impression.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is overall okay, there is a mirror, sink, and bedside lamps, the bathroom is really clean like a new toilet that has never been used, there is a smart TV, there is a lot of wifi but unfortunately it is a bit slow and often disconnects, you get 2 bottles of mineral water and amenities (toothbrush, bar soap, you get a towel too but the cotton sticks to your body after use?), the AC is quite cold, the bed cover and pillow cases are clean, overall it is very comfortable, initially I deliberately chose a room that was strategically located near the balcony and not in the hallway where there were many visitors coming and going because at that time I planned to stay 2 nights, but unfortunately at that time the hot water shower didn't work even though I wanted to take a shower immediately because I had finished the event and when I checked in it happened to be night, when I reported it to the staff, they were very alert and immediately looked for a change to another room (even trying 2 other rooms that were still available at that time) that had hot water, it turned out that the water heater could only heat a capacity of 5L at one time so if I wanted to take a shower, It's hot, so you can't stay there for long and it takes quite a long time to wait for the hot water to be ready again. There is plenty of parking for cars because you can park in the shophouses in front of the hotel too. For that price, it's really worth staying here, especially since the staff are very good, friendly, and helpful.
