Mixed experience. Staff were great and overall property was fine. Location good. However water and coffee/milk/sugar in our room on arrival wasn’t replenished during our 3 night stay. Rooms are on the small side. The biggest issue we had is that we couldn’t get back into the room on our last night as somehow the security latch managed to activate itself, which should be impossible. Staff were great dealing with the issue but had to use hammer and chisel to obtain access, took about 30 mins. Stayed in 100’s of hotel and this has never happened before

We were welcomed from moment of arrival with very happy staff seeking to help in whatever way possible. Rooms were clean and spacious considering downtown site. Breakfasts and bar far exceeded expectations. Thank you to all staff you made it a memorable visit.

Fairly newly opened, hotel is modern and clean. Staff were great and stay included a free cocktail of the day. Parking is close by at €20 per day. Would definitely stay again

Quirkie hotel very modern and different in the reception bar and lounge area. Excellent for being near the centre only 5/10 min walk . Was disappointed with our bedroom cleaner , because our mugs were on the shelf and were not cleaned once the 4 days we were there . That said breakfast had plenty choice but no fried eggs . We had a lovely time in Cork and surrounding area nice city and only 15 mins from airport .

The rooms are small but very well organized and modern. Great location and breakfast was good.

Such a comfortable bed, after a day of travelling was definitely needed, quite central to the city centre and lots to do nearby would recommend to stay again

Spotless clean, very kind and friendly staff, perfectly located in Cork city center, café/restaurant on site (with good items), and an AMAZING breakfast buffet that is worth its extra fee. The only negative would be that the rooms are not large enough to easily fit large suitcases, which was quite tricky. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

Rooms and hotel were clean. The bar and hotel lobby are great for a chill vibe if u don’t want to go too far for a drink! Close to everything also! Would def stay again!

Great room, very clean! Room is smaller than we are used to but so well put together and completely functional! Staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Location is perfectly located between city center and the train station making everything walkable! Will definitely be back!

Anytime you want to spend more than €300 for a college dorm room, this is the place for you. There was no Desk, no chairs and no closet. It was smaller than my freshman dorm room

This hotel was in the heart of Cork and offered amazing convivence everywhere. They staff was amazing to deal with and provided very thorough information regarding the parking. The parking is at a separate parking garage located across the street. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I will book this hotel again on my next trip to Cork.
