The room was dirty, the bathroom was really super dirty and the water was very small.

Everything is ok, it's just a shame that the bathroom is not very clean and there are no towels or soap provided.

Sorry I have a less than satisfactory rating, because the experience I got was very inappropriate starting from the service was lacking, the comfort of the room was not fun and lack of privacy because behind the room people/employees could pass through and the cleanliness was very bad on the floor was dirty the ceiling had a mosquito nest the bathroom was dirty to the point there were used towels that had not been washed, the sheets on the bed looked like they had not been changed until I had to ask for a new pillowcase because it smelled like it had been used before. Hopefully it can be fixed by the employees and management. Thank you
