Clean and comfortable. All the things you need to make a stay great. No complaints here.

Bathroom was incredibly dirty. Water from the sink would not drain, shower grout was dark, and toilet was even dirtier.

Very nice property in a nice area. Constantly helped out whenever we needed it and Edmundo was a great help!

We had a nice stay. The location was great. The family apartment was spacious. It only had one bathroom though, which was a slight inconvenience for 4 people. But this is something I should’ve looked at before booking, because I didn’t even check that. The place matches the photos, however, it was a little worn down. Not dirty, just worn (i.e. smudges on the walls, scuffs on the floor, stains on curtains, & water marks on sink hardware. On our third night, there was no hot/warm water for showering. I didn’t report it immediately because it was a little past 12am and i figured I’d just wait to shower in the morning. The hot water was back by morning. The water pressure is very very low and the water temp changes from hot to cold every 40 seconds or so, so you have to shower super fast.

Great staff great place

Solid hotel in an unbeatable location, but it could use some TLC. The location is genuinely fantastic — you really can’t do better for getting around and being close to everything you’d want to see and do. That alone is a strong reason to consider staying here. The staff deserve real credit. Check-in was quick and friendly, check-out was just as smooth, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and professional. It’s clear the team takes their jobs seriously. The room itself was clean, which is the most important thing. However, the property overall is looking a little worn and tired. Nothing falling apart, but you can tell it’s due for some refurbishment — carpets, furnishings, and common areas all could use refreshing. The one significant issue was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to prevent it from spreading into the rest of the room. For a hotel at this price point, that’s something management really needs to address. Overall: a great location and great staff held this stay together, but the tired property and especially the bathroom smell mean I’d hesitate to return until some improvements are made.

This was the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel - once when it was under the Sonder brand - and it might actually be better now as Uliv! There was always someone at the front desk, and security at night. The location is great - the metro is 2 blocks away and it is central to Roma Norte - yet it is just off the main roads enough to be quiet at night so there is not much road noise. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure and hot water. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I return to Mexico City.

We had an amazing stay at Uliv Cibeles. Jesus at the front counter was excellent and provided some great recommendations for food in the area. It is very central in the roma norte area and very walkable to lost of sights, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s nice, slightly worn around the edges and could do with a deep clean. The view was lovely a the other facilities were great. Staff were helpful!

Excellent stay in Mexico City! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the entire stay. The rooms were spotless, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Mexico City. Place was exactly as advertised and the staff were courteous and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back!

Great central location. A lot of nice restaurants are within walking distance. The area was nice and quiet and I felt safe the whole time. The Uber ride from the airport is about 24 minutes.

Everything was good just one day my door code stopped working but they were able to fix it right away. Also, just my shower could never get the proper temperature it will get boiling hot all of sudden other than everything was good and quite area.

I traveled with my wife and daughter to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday, I informed the staff at the hotel and they went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. The rooms are nice and spacious and the view is pretty nice. Stayed in the 8th floor.

Certainly I can stay here again. The Property was clean and comfortable. The location is pretty walkable to a few places I wanted to visit in Roma Norte and Condessa. The beds were comfortable and any issues were addressed by the staff quickly. Special shout to Edmundo who made our stay very comfortable.

Good staff

Such a great place to stay it’s in a very good area mostly everything is walking distance! The staff was so nice and welcoming. Check in and check out was very smooth. We had a late check in due to our flight and we had no issues. Also it’s very clean and great views of the city for the city view option. I didn’t think it was too loud. But again you’re staying in the city so noise is expected. But it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We were a family of 3 with one adult son, so the 2 bedrooms worked wonderfully for us. The living area in the center made it very roomy and comfortable. The storage was more than enough. The kitchenette had all the basic stuff ready. Loved that the facility has a game room, a laundry room (free of cost, only get your own detergent) and the outdoor patio space. The front staff was very professional courteous and helpful. The location in Roma Norte was very convenient, beautiful tree lined streets, quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this.
