Stayed 4 nights. Great, friendly staff - from the front of the house to the back. Very clean. Great location in centro Cuernavaca - walkable to all that one may need. Great breakfast included. Nice garden with pool. Would definitely stay again!

The grounds are simply beautiful and relaxing. There are so many charming details. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I hope to come back to Cuernavaca again soon, and I will be staying here again. Gracias!!!

El hotel es muy acogedor, las instalaciones muy limpias y se ve que le dan mantenimiento. El desayuno nos gustó mucho y también la zona de alberca. El personal es muy amable, definitivo regresaré otra vez.

Las instalaciones están bien, pero es casi imposible dormir con el sonido / ruido que hay en general en el área y la falta de medidas adecuadas para controlarlo.

This is my first time in this hotel, I liked how quiet it was from the road, yet close enough to downtown for walking and shopping , I think a cool option would be to have a refrigerator for each room upon request, the staff was excellent and supper friendly …5 star

We stayed in a room with a king bed and a terrace on the second floor. Te room was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful.

Everything was great, service, clean rooms, good restaurant, the pool was clean too, Mr.Alejandro was very kind to any need we had., the guys at the lobby were really nice too

The rooms were quite nice and, with one exception, well maintained. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful from the valet parking which was free to the front desk. The included breakfast was a good value and again the staff were very nice at the restaurant. Parking is limited but the staff juggles the cars around and we had no problems. One problem we did have was that the air conditioning in our first room did not work and it was a warm day. They offered us another room but it was smaller and definitely not as nice as the first and they were unwilling to give us a lower price. However they did find another room comparable to the one we originally booked and all was well. Despite this glitch we really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The place has a lovely Garden and is really quite nice.

There customer service was excellent from the time we checked in until we checkout. The only thing I would like to recommend, is to put at least one chair in the room. Thank you for your excellent service.

Clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden and pool in center area.Centrally located to walk to key attractions. Friendly staff . Facing street not so nice. No safe box in room.
