The staff were very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The service was excellent. The hotel is in the same building as a large mall. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very satisfying.

The room is comfortable and the AC is cold, access to the mall is very easy.

My first stay here was very pleasant, the hotel has access to the mall, parking is not complicated, all the employees are very friendly, the food menu is also varied and the taste is okay, basically the best, please maintain the quality.

The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. I booked a room without breakfast, but when the receptionist offered to pay for it, I was able to do so. Unfortunately, the receptionist hadn't confirmed this, so when I went to have breakfast the next morning, it was announced that my order didn't include breakfast. Thankfully, after everything was cleared, I was finally able to have breakfast, a variety of delicious Western and Indonesian dishes served by FAIRFIELD.

Service & hospitality sangat baik, makanan cukup variatif, namun ada bbrp catatan yang buat saya cukup mengganggu. Exhaust di kamar kurang bekerja scr maksimal Sajadah & sarung yang agak bau Kamar tidak kedap, sy sangat terganggu dgn suara2 dari kamar sebelah yg mandi dan suara tv diatas jam 11 malam. Semoga bisa jadi perhatian dan bisa diperbaiki kedepannya...sangat disayangkan

Since this hotel is primarily intended for business, the facilities aren't quite as suitable for families. But with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, it's a winner! Most importantly, it's very easy to access the mall, so you can find other activities.👍🏼

When booking, I gave a note to check out after the Dzuhur prayer, but at 11 am I received a call that I had to check out at 12 pm, and I had to beg for the Dzuhur prayer first, and I was only given 10 minutes for late check out 😢😢

Wonderful experience! Check in was easy, room was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. A bit of a noise because of construction nearby, but the hotel already informed us about it. Asked for an early checkout and the staff were very accommodating
