food was terrible. they don't help you with the luggage when you check in. Unfriendly front desk staff and restaurant as well.

Fantastic stay. Great location close to the very heart of Tirana. Rooms are very modern clean and comfortable. Parking in Tirana is a huge pain, but they offer parking for 5 euros a night to be reserved before hand. Front desk personnel is great. Very willing to give directions and help with any questions. We loved it and would be back in a heartbeat.

The hotel is new and staffs were very friendly and helpful. It's centrally located and easy access to the square/ bus stops. We had the suite, it was very spacious with a balcony as well. Overall a nice stay as we have the view of the mountain/ sunrise & sunset!

Really lovely clean, new build hotel. Room was large enough to be comfortable and had everything we needed. Price was good value and the door team were v helpful

We stayed for 2 nights in June. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Rooms were small based on North American standards but we had enough room for the two of us. Beds & pillows were comfortable they had extra duvets in the room to use with the AC. Lots of hot water for showers. Complimentary water was appreciated. Adequate towel supply would have been nice to have towel hooks in bathroom. Great location for our stay everything was in walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The rooms were well appointed and had everything I needed. The only reason the hotel didn’t get 5⭐️ was the breakfast. The eggs and pancakes were cold and the selection was weak. Note that you can’t put the breakfast on your room bill because the restaurant (in the hotel) and the hotel, itself, are separate— or so they told me. Otherwise, I liked the hotel very much.

A nice establishment with friendly staff. Close to city centre and some eating places. Was only there for a night but if I ever revisit Tirana I’ll definitely come back hotel and recommend to anyone.
