On the outside this hotel is older, once I entered though my concerns went away. The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The lobby contained a lot of pamphlets in case you haven't visited the peninsula before. The room was your typical older hotel room but clean an well appointed. Breakfast was included in the price and I expected the usual fare. They had cheese omelets, bacon, cereal, cinnamon buns and yogurt, there was more, I just can't remember it all. I will definitely stay here a again and I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great. I even recommended the hotel to our friends from Montreal who are visiting this week, and they are now booked with your hotel. The only thing that didn't work for us was the Tesla charger.

We enjoyed our one night stay. All was well except the air conditioner was very noisy and blew rather musty air into our room. However, the view was lovely and the location was perfect!

We were a family of 4 and brought our cat & it was our first time visiting Sidney. The deluxe 2 queen bed with ocean view was so incredibly amazing. The window & balcony view of the ocean was SO beautiful. The fresh air was amazing for our stay here to reset & recharge. We stayed visited here for 2 days, 1 night & wished it was longer. The free summer concert in the afternoon on our 1st day here was so fun and had a great community vibe. The included breakfast with room service with no additional charge was the added bonus. Staff was so friendly and helpful with responding to emails so quickly. This room type is in their new building so it had an elevator plus it was super clean and the jacuzzi tub with a window view of the ocean view was amazing. The sunset & sun rise view from balcony will never be forgotten. Definitely recommend for anyone. We will be back again 😍 Thank you for a wonderful stay experience here 🙏

Breakfast menu was fine but could have used a bit more variety, batter for make your own fresh waffles instead of frozen, better danish selection, fresh eggs instead of powdered. Staff was attentive, room was exceptional!

Very clean and comfortable, for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the view is incredible and you can walk a few steps down to the sea and walk to the restaurants, I recommend jacks on the water, sushi pasta, burgers, cuts and drinks.

staff were excellent with help in deciding where to eat. breakfast was fresh & tasty with an excellent selection of food. room was clean it had soap shampoo conditioner lkotion plenty of towels & TV was easy to operate. highly reccomend staying here

Breakfast was OK but sausage was bad

Basic breakfast but adequate to get you going for the day location was excellent easy walk to most things and staff were really pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!

The location was so convenient for us. The staff was really friendly, and helpful. The breakfast kitchen was a bit crowded, however they have plans to expand it shortly.

Great to have free breakfast and be beside the ocean for a reasonable rate. Hotel was clean, although room carpets show their age.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sidney Waterfront Inn and Suites very much. It was right at the pier so the location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the evening to enjoy the view!
