This property is truly exceptional; it surpassed all of my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient, always ready to assist. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Santo Domingo; all the major attractions are conveniently located within walking distance.

Omar, Dominic and the entire staff were VERY helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is made for you each morning a la cart - it’s not made for everyone as a group. A very nice touch. Highly recommended place to stay.

Ubicación excelente, habitaciones cómodas, limpias y bien decoradas, pero todo esto palidece en relación al servicio. El servicio es EXCELENTE, Omar y Melissa hicieron todo lo posible para que nuestra estadía fuera de primera. Las recomendaciones de restaurantes de Omar y sus desayunos fueron un tremendo hit. Invitados a volver pronto.

Great room, great location & great management!

The property staff are amazing, especially Omar. He went above and beyond consistently with any issue we had. Never experienced such genuine hospitality from staff before. The unit was perfect. We had a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette. The location was ideal. It was on El Conde which is closed off to traffic. There are stores and restaurants along this area with a park at either end. I had another place booked but when I read the reviews at this place I decided to switch hotels. It was a great decision. I would definitely come here again.

Overall all good. Management could have done better to inform us when the room was ready. Floor was not cleaned well, our feet turned pitch black after a shower from walking on the floor. Haven’t had breakfast yet, can’t comment.

Absolutely amazing experience, very pleasantly surprised. Omar went above and beyond throughout our stay, highly recommend Casa Adefra if you’re staying in Santa Domingo. Room was very clean and spacious, had a microwave, electric cooker and fridge/freezer as well as a balcony.

Kamal at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful he helped with our luggage being there's no elevator greater appreciated..he also gave us great recommendations for restaurants/ bars..room was clean and quiet ..the balcony was nice to have breakfast on..would definitely return and recommend
