The accommodations were great!

Great location quick access to the beach complimentary beach towels and beach chaira have to request at front desk or they will charge on the beach. Great location not far from supermarket perfect to keep snacks in your room since you have a kitchenette or kitchen based on room size.

People working there were excellent. Greately satisfied with their professionalism, kindness, and their willingness to help with your needs. Downside, it s just the bathroom… wish it was more structured with a tub/Jacuzzi included

The hotel has a great location and the room itself was spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. My room was not cleaned during my stay, and I had to track down housekeeping staff just to get fresh towels. For the price, I expected better service. If they improve on cleanliness and responsiveness, this place could be a much better experience.

I loved that the beach is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The rooftop restaurant, Zūl was a vibe! Order the wings!! The rooms were nice and quiet. I will consider staying at this property again!

This was a nice and quiet hotel, respectful and helpful guest.

My experience was simply AWESOME. From the moment I walked in, it was welcoming and inviting. The rooms were very well appointed and that shower, I could live in the shower ;). I would DEFINITELY go there again for a couple of weeks.

Close to the beach. Kid friendly. My only complaint was the service at the pool area, you had to go and find the server (only like 3 other people at the pool) for food.

Staff was great, rooms were huge, bathrooms had a strong damp smell though.

Beach was two min walk, property really clean. Oven view not so good, rough building in the way. Otherwise everything was really nice. Rooftop small but nice views and good food.

I didn’t like the view. Buildings adjacent to the property needed updating and maintenance.

The airport noise is constant. The property is not right on the beach. The restaurant has a very limited menu.

Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready, even though we arrived two hours past check-in. The front desk staff was unhelpful and insisted I had reserved only one room, despite my confirmation of two partial ocean view queen rooms. After I provided the confirmation email, she found the second reservation but insisted we could only have a different style room if we wanted them immediately—not an upgrade. Ultimately, I settled for the same room type on separate floors, which made managing my kids challenging. On a positive note, the rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect. Most staff members were friendly, and the manager worked hard to resolve the situation, though we still had to wait. While you can hear airplanes from the rooftop, it wasn’t an issue while sleeping. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some hiccups.
