We stayed one night in a small twin room. There was no concern with noise from the bar as the rooms are in a separate building. The room is basic, but clean and great for a quick stay. It could definitely use some maintenance and upgrades due, but reasonable for the price and you can't beat the location. No amenities except a shared kitchen and parking is paid across the street or at the town hall. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Checking in and out was smooth, nice stay.

There was no food service at the pub. The beer was good, pub had friendly atmosphere. On site parking was a bit misleading. There was a public car park down the street, seemed safe, but you had to pay

Clean room, great location and a thriving bar next door. What more could you want. Carlow was a great place to visit for a few days and would highly recommend it.

The room is a well maintained, basic room, everything clean and tidy, but there was no mention of an outside bar with a disco that ran until the small hours of the morning, keeping me awake until gone 2am

From the loading bay in front of the property, it’s a step over the pavement to the bar, where there was a welcome and an efficient introduction to the building. Access is easy with a key fob. The room was cosy and clean. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked clean too. The location is right in the town and there’s a big car park (pay and display) behind it, with very handy EV charging. Being a busy bar, it gets noisy at night. There are good places to eat nearby in the town, and the parkrun start is a 3 minute walk away. Checking out was very easy and the staff were friendly.

Such a central location and a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. Room was also lovely and warm.

Great location for getting around. Room was really spacious and liked the communal kitchen. Staff were very helpful and brought my wife’s glasses to our room after leaving them in the bar. Nice place

Nice place to spend the nights

Das Zimmer war generell sauber, allerdings mangelt es an Kleinigkeiten die aber durchaus nicht unwichtig sind. Nachttischlampen und die Fernbedienung vom Ferseher fehlten komplett. Außerdem war der Schlauch der Duschbrause undicht. Das sollte nicht nur uns als Gästen sondern auch dem Personal beim saubermachen auffallen.
