I never received the check in information. I was stranded in with my family and was forced to look for alternate lodging. The host didn’t not reply to my email asking for assistance nor did they respond to the 3rd party management.

Do NOT book! We never recieved communication with check in instructions. Messaged the host hours before our arrival and never got a response. Drove to location messaged and called again with no response. After finally getting a hold of customer service, it took an hour to rebook somewhere else and then another hour to drive the opposite direction. I booked 4 months in advance! Inexcusable

The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and great places to eat, making it easy to explore the city. The WiFi was fast, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend 2-bed Apartment to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!
