El servicio deben mejorar el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado en Lobby, el calor es muy fuerte es algo incomprensible que un hotel no tenga aire acondicionado en la Recepcion primera ves que me encuentro en un hotel sin aire acondicionado adicional no tenían agua para tomar en la habitación la recepcionista le solicite agua y me dijo que no tenían y que tenia que ir a comprar a la calle tuve que salir a las 11 de la noche a comprar agua en un puesto ambulante en la calle.

Everything is ok by standards , my biggest disappointment was to be charge tax when I’m a tourist visiting. You are not supposed to pay the tax when you are clearly visiting Colombia. price and accommodation are equal to what you pay.

1st they charged me more money than agreed to with this site. 2nd fire alarm was going off every 1.5 hours until about 4 in the morning. 3rd breakfest was small and limited,very cheap.like they didnt care for you at all. Expedia should drop this hotel

El servicio de restaurante lo tienen a partir de las 7:00 AM a esa hora el huésped ya debe estar en su trabajo, no pueden acceder al desayuno que está en la oferta.
