The hotel has spacious rooms, beautiful design, modern facilities, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and Trang Tien Plaza. The hotel owner is lovely, good customer care. My children really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely book this hotel again when returning to Hanoi.

Khách sạn có phòng rộng rãi, thiết kế đẹp, tiện nghi phòng hiện đại, gần Hồ Gươm và Tràng Tiền Plaza. Chủ khách sạn dễ thương, chăm sóc khách hàng tốt. Các con tôi rất thích ở khách sạn này và chắc chắn sẽ đặt lại khách sạn này khi quay trở lại Hà Nội.

The owner is very friendly and helpful! They helped us book a day trip and told us about events that would be happening around us later in the day. The room was very nice and clean as well as the bathroom, and the bed was comfy. Would definitely book again!
